Paul F. Murak

Paul F. Murak has over twenty years of trial and appellate experience in the State Courts throughout Western New York and in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He obtained his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, majoring in Political Science. He worked as Fair Housing Officer for the City of Buffalo before he returned to the University of Buffalo to obtain his law degree. During law school, Paul received the Award for Distinguished Achievement in Torts for his course work in that field. He also completed a concentration in State and Local Government Law. Upon graduation from law school, Paul served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel of the City of Buffalo for 8 years. During his tenure with the City of Buffalo, Paul primarily handled tort and civil rights claims filed against the City and its various departments and agencies, as well as the Buffalo Board of Education. Since then, he has focused his practice on the litigation of personal injury matters and the defense of governmental bodies.
