Richard S. Poveromo

Richard S. Poveromo received both his B.A. (Political Science/Pre-Law) and his legal degree from the University at Buffalo. In addition to his legal degree, Rick received a concentration in Finance Transactions. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Thomas E. Headrick Award in Corporate Finance. Rick also graduated from the University at Buffalo with Student-Athlete Honors.

Rick's practice is primarily devoted to civil defense litigation (automotive accidents, premise liability and construction site incidents) and coverage analysis. Active in the community, Rick is a PTR Certified Tennis Teaching Professional and has coached hundreds of tennis players in Erie County, ranging from adult/child beginners to Nationally ranked competitors.
