Appellate Advocacy

The interests of our clients are not solely served by obtaining successful results at trial or through motion practice. When necessary, we will defend these results reached in the appellate courts when our opponents challenge court decisions which have ruled in favor of our clients. We also will handle and prosecute appeals on behalf of our clients, whether we handle the case initially or are retained specifically to pursue an appeal of a ruling obtained by other counsel. We have successfully represented our clients in appeals before the appellate courts in New York and the Second Circuit. We accept new cases at the appellate stage.
