We pride ourselves on thorough evaluation of all coverage related issues, including establishing priority of coverage, the evaluation of subrogation and anti-subrogation issues and the transfer of the ultimate risk to another insurance carrier and/or other responsible party.

We integrate coverage analysis in the defense of cases involving New York State Labor Law 240, as well as premise and automobile liability matters, where requested. Quite frankly, sometimes the best method to handle a lawsuit is to successfully compel another insurance carrier/entity to defend and provide indemnification for our clients.
